Driving to New York
Getting to New York by car is a good option if you're travelling from out of state thanks to the convenience of the country's road network.
Although the city is not ideal for getting around by car, if you plan to drive to New York we recommend looking for a hotel with parking or you'll have to use a public car park, a fairly expensive option.
Another option is to find accommodation in the outskirts of Manhattan, where there are more available parking spots, and move around the Big Apple in public transport.
